Our Wills and Probate Department offers a sensitive and cost effective service.

Why make a Will?

By making a Will you can decide who looks after your Estate and what happens to your belongings when you die. If you have children you can indicate who will look after them and how they will be financially provided for. Mr Andrew Keen is an experienced solicitor who will ensure that your wishes in relation to your assets are carried out.

Estate and Trust Property Solicitors

We have experience in helping people through what can be a difficult time, dealing with Estate and Trust property and dealing with complex Estates. Whether there is a Will or not we will help you to sort out the financial affairs and will help you through the process of dividing the Estate between the people who are entitled to it. We can help you to create and manage trusts.

Court of Protection

We also deal with Court of Protection matters. Mr Andrew Keen has been appointed by clients and the Court of Protection to act as Deputy to manage the affairs of someone who is not able to look after their own affairs and has not made a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Mr Andrew Keen is able to give expert advice in respect of contested probate, inheritance matters and disputes over the validity of wills, claims for beneficiaries and children.
